Luise dances in the glass with the finest bubbles. The scent is fresh and complex: Apple must, fermented grapes, fine citrus aromas mix with the warm, spicy oak wood aromas reminiscent of vanilla. A dry start in the drink - "brut" so to speak. Then the taste will immediately soften. The acidity is round and mild. It is embedded in a full-bodied, velvety texture thanks to fine sparkling carbonic acid and a higher alcohol content. The fruity start turns into a woody-spicy finale that ends almost sweetly.
