As is our tradition, we produce beer in a decoction method for two mashes, with separate main fermentation and secondary fermentation in lager tanks at a temperature of around 1 °C. In addition to light malt from Kroměříž, we also use Munich malt and caramel malt from Záhlinice for its production. The beer is hopped only with Czech hops. After drinking, expect a balanced malty taste of beer followed by a very pleasant medium-strong bitterness, exactly the same as a proper Ten should have to quench your thirst.
